I’m excited to share something new with you—my podcast, Business and a Brew! In this series, my friend Simon and I sit down with a cup of our favourite brew and dive into conversations about different businesses, ideas, and stories that have caught our attention. The best part? Each episode is short, sweet, and packed with engaging content designed to get you thinking.
As a business owner of 10 years (and with many years corporate experience before that) I’ve always been interested in business and all the different things that can happen. Simon is equally experienced (and equally geeky!), after running his own business - Skylight Media - for the last 20 years and with a solid background and sales and marketing before that Simon is just as interested - and interesting (!) as I am.
With episodes ranging from 15 to 20 minutes, we take turns telling stories to each other, reacting, discussing, and sometimes debating the business lessons we can learn from them. From quirky start-ups to more traditional business models, Business and a Brew is all about encouraging fun, thoughtful conversations that’ll inspire both seasoned entrepreneurs and people who are just curious about the world of business.
